Immeadiate play/preview option
To be able to play our tracks whenever we can see them on list, i.e. "Your Latest Uploads" section or the "Beats" section. Currently we have to click on the song, and go to the "preview" tab in order to listen to it. If there was a drop-down menu when we put the mouse over the track (showing the player you have in the "preview" section) we can have a a 3-4 clicks action into a single click action.

Thanks for the suggestion. In the artists pages they can preview inline so should be able to add it for producers easily too.

Admin: Guest Uploads - Check for Duplicate files
This will save a lot of disk space.

This has been completed, but not just for guest uploads… for member uploads to. We are checking the file name, file size and the file md5 sum which should be enough to determine unique files as the md5 sum changes even with the slightest change.ORIGINAL UPDATE: Needs to be done correctly as to make sure they are actually duplicate files and when a match is found we’re updating the correct db records.

Artist: Delete Beats / Mark As Checked
"Only thought/suggestion I have....would be creating a way to either delete beats, or a way to check them upon listening. When a producer has submitted multiple tracks, and let's say you leave the room..having them checked would just make things a tad easier to maneuver without listening to the same ones over again. Still need to add feature to emails and private links.
This is in Progress now :)
It’s proving more difficult than first thought but it is possible. It’s difficult because we allow guest uploads which are stored in a different way to which member uploads are stored and because members can send beats to a request without being specifically for that request (which is the way it should be!)… we’ll get there!

Also I think a create your own password would be good but its not essential , in some ways I feel its more secure the way you have it.

It appears to be a common session issue.

Allow producers to follow up with artists if artist has read email/streamed/downloaded beat.

- Allow producers to customize the emails sent to artists.
- Remove all the default SendBeatsTo stuff apart from opt out details.

Producers: Phone, Email Fields
Make the email field required so artists have at least some way of contacting producers if they fail to follow the advice given on the upload pages.
21 votesThis is now complete for Guests. Members email addresses are included and have always been included in emails sent to artists.
Member producers now have the option to personalize the email before it is sent to artists, so they can include contact information in there if they wish.

Producer: Send Beats to Multiple Requests

The feature is coded but I removed it because I thought it would be open to abuse… I’ll think about making it available again and limiting it to 3 artists/requests at a time or something like that.
